Throughout the pandemic, C2C staff have focused on the health and safety of our young girls in India and finding ways for them to forge ahead in their education while remaining vigilant against this ongoing pandemic.

• We adapted and reimagined our curriculums to remote learning formats.

• We are holding regular coaching sessions with tutors and teachers in distance learning techniques to ensure quality teaching.

• We are providing the girls with access to  free apps like Bolo for English and language skills and Mindspark-Maths for STEM learning.

• For those without or limited internet access we are engaging the girls in independent learning through worksheets and activities accessible without technology. 

• We are employing innovative techniques to encourage attendance and engagement in a remote environment so girls do not drop out of school. 

Needless to say, these are challenging times that represent an unprecedented risk for girls’ education worldwide. At C2C, our commitment to girls’ education and empowerment remains strong.
